The Vasaloppet is the world's largest cross-country ski race. The tradition is long and over a million skiers have struggled in the Vasaloppet track since the start in 1922.
To take on the challenge of 90 km requires continuous training and careful preparation. In Sweden, the race is followed by two million TV viewers.
