Lie down in a relaxing environment and be enveloped in tones from voices and instruments. In a collaboration between Yoga i Hagen and Dala-Floda Operafest, the popular operagong bath is once again offered.
Lena Westin leads us through relaxation and meditation, you get to bathe in tones from gong, timbre bowls, chimes and opera voices. A Gong is a piece of metal of various shapes, usually round and flat.
